This temple for Godess Hanseshwari or Hangseshwari was started in 1788 and finished in 1814. This temple was built in Tantrik style with blooming lotus shaped domes on its thirteen spires. This five storeyed temple, represents five parts of human body namely, Bajraksha, Ira, Chitrini, Pingala and Sushumna. The inner structure of the temple represents human anatomy and is said to be like a maze. The blooming red colour lotus domes resemble the onion domes the St. Basil’s Cathedral in Moscow.
