The
construction of this marble wonder began in the year 1970. It was completed in
1996 after 26 years. The chief deities of the temple are Radha and Krishna. Other
Gods revered here are Lord Ganesha, Lord Hanuman, Lord Shiva, Ten Avatars of
Lord Vishnu and Goddess Durga. The temple is made with marbles from Rajasthan,
India and beautiful chandeliers add grandeur. The consecration of deities was
done by Swamy Chindanada.
This building shows the Birla family's commitment and contribution to Hinduism and its nourishment in a classical and enlightened manner.
